So now in this chapter, I want to talk about what exactly are those responsibilities.

Let's look into 3 main responsibilities.

The first responsibility of a job seeker is setting targets.

You will arrive nowhere if you have no identified your direction. Two main questions should be sorted from the start.

What is your long-term goal?

What is your short-term goal?

Your long-term goal is your 2-10 year strategy.

• What is that you're trying to achieve here?
• What are the steps that have to be taken on this path?
• What are the milestones achieving which I will let you know that you're on the right track?

The long-term game can be a transition into a new career, acquiring a license or certification, a new educational degree, a business or a startup.

Your short-term goal is what has to be done in the next 3 to 6 months.
